Did You Know You Can Use Aweber to Send Your Posts Automatically?
Blog Setup: I am going to tell you how you can get Aweber to send your blog post automatically for you. If you are like me and other network marketers, you have an email list and you have follow up and broadcasts going to your Aweber list several time a week and when you are doing blog post you want to make sure that your Aweber list is receiving your post automatically.
When you are doing blog setup and you are using Aweber you have the option to do a blog broadcast, plus send your blog post as a broadcast, so lets get into how you can do it.

Step 1: Sign into Aweber.
Step 2: Go To The Messages Tab
Step 3: Select Blog Broadcast
Step 4: Go To Create A New Blog Broadcast
Step 5: You’ll want to start filling in the information… the first information you want to fill out is the (Rss Feed Url)
- So you need to find the rss feed, you need to open a new tab and go to your blog,you need to get the feed for blog setup.
- How you do that is on your blog… depending on what browser you are using you need to get the page source code. Each browser has different ways to find the source page.
- If you are using google chrome like I am you will go to > view on your toolbar > then go to developer and then > view source.
- Once again there will be a video link below. Now Blog Setup is pretty similar when you are using a different browser if you are using firefox, internet explore, safari etc go to google and do a search on how to find the RSS feed on whatever browser you are using.
- So when you are in view source on google chrome go to your browser tool bar and go to > Edit > Find > Find and type in RSS, There will be different sections that says RSS the blog setup section you choose will be.
- You want to copy and paste (http://omarandtreshamcfadden.com/feed/) thats my feed yours will be different of course.
- Now you need to go back to aweber and paste it in the RSS feed URL section.
Step 6: Go to template and choose one you like.
Step 7: Then click Load Template
Step 8: Go To Send Time and choose either( Immediately or you can choose a specific time)
Step 9: Next Go To How Often Should We Send Your Blog BroadCast?
You have 3 choices to choose.
- When Number Of New Items is at least, choose what is best for you, or
- On a specific day or days if the month( and choose which is best) or
- Send Automatically
Step 10: Save Blog Broadcast. You might get an error but that’s OK. Lets continue with blog setup.
Step 11: Now the broadcast is setup you want to test it so on the right hand side, click on test
- add in a email address you want to use to receive the test type in you name. then click to send.
- Check email if test email is there if so, you are all done.
